Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads

Shipping cost seems high! What’s going on?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated and most likely your cost is more than it should be. Once your package has been shipped, you will be reimbursed the shipping overage if necessary.

I don't see a product I've purchased in the past. How can I order it?

Please message me if you're looking for something specific! I may have temporarily taken it offline for whatever reason, such as low inventory count, batch delays, or ingredient shortages. Etsy also may have deactivated a product because it does not meet their policy updates. In this case, it simply means Etsy does not allow "medica" statements such as "healing" to be used in titles or descriptions. Some products are in the process of being reworded to meet standards. All my product ingredients are naturally derived from the Earth. No synthetic or pharmaceutical ingredients are used. My products are not intended to be used as medicine, but rather to assist in the natural healing process of whatever they are created to help with.
